In this key role, you will analyse Tender requests for new projects and help prepare winning bids.

Knowledge of media file formats and processes required.

In this key role, you will work closely with the Bid Manager and the entire global Memnon organisation to hit very tight tender submission deadlines.

Duties and key accountabilities include:
  • Review of invitation to tender – Establish minimum and key requirements
  • Assist the Bid Manager to Organise in-depth conversations about the contract we intend to bid for. It is important for us to understand what makes us unique and different from our competitors
  • Review in depth all elements of the invitation to tender (ITT) to ensure we are clear on exactly what the buying organisation is expecting to receive, and by what deadline
  • Develop a project timetable to allow adequate time for planning, development, review and submission
  • Gain input and data from all stakeholders and subject experts within the group
  • Create tender document and all text and graphics within.

The ideal candidate is a native English speaker. A second language is highly desirable, preferably French or Spanish.

Skills required:
  • Strong English lingual skills – written and verbal
  • Video / Audio / Film Postproduction knowledge
  • VTR - Videotape / ATP – Audiotape and Film format knowledge
  • Digital media Production and Distribution
  • Knowledge of the Archivist environment
  • Second language – Ideally FIGS
  • Very strong IT skills inc.: Visio / AutoCad / 3D GS Planning / MS project / Excel / Word / Photoshop.
You must also be able to:
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Work independently and remotely
  • Communicate to most departments within the group
  • Manage your time and the time management of your colleagues.

Flexible, UK or Brussels ideally; partial home working possible.
